H. T. Parekh Foundation

The H T Parekh Foundation is a Section 25 company, established by the Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (HDFC).The H T Parekh Foundation was established in October 2012 with the aim to undertake, pursue and be concerned with the welfare, betterment and advancement of society as a whole, irrespective of religion, race, community, caste, gender, language or social status. The Foundation is sector agnostic and works across a range of social interventions and development initiatives across India.


Max India Foundation

Max India Foundation (MIF), the CSR arm of the Max Group is guided by the vision of “Seva Bhav” and “Caring for Life”. The Foundation has so far benefitted over 27 lakh underserved people across 699 locations pan India by providing accessible, affordable and quality healthcare and health awareness. We are currently assisting MIF with their 'Clean Village' project for four villages on the outskirts of Dehradun - Guniyal Gaon, Chandrothi, Jamoliwala, and Saloniwala. Our role will be to work in the schools, educate people so that they sign up for the door to door waste collection, distribute educational materials and conduct clean-up drives and educational events for children.


VKJ Builders Pvt Ltd

VKJ Projects Pvt. Ltd. established in 1969 is a technology driven construction company managed by a team of qualified professionals that undertake both government and private sector contracts, and have benchmarked high standards in meeting the demands of their projects. Their portfolio includes construction of power sub-stations to well foundations, elegant hotels to factories and industrial sheds and expensive national highways to luxurious holiday-retreats. VKJ Builders are funding our 'Cleaner Villages Project' (Rs78,400 - April to October 2016) and our Niranjanpur Mandi Project (Rs 101,400 April to September 2016).


Sud Chemie Pvt Ltd

Sud Chemie Pvt Ltd is a pioneer in the field of catalysis and caters to the needs of both Indian and international catalyst markets. They produce catalysts, which are environmentally sustainable and result in resource conservation and provide solutions for new developments and technological upgrades. Sud Chemie kindly donated Rs 5 lakh to the Dehradun project in January 2016 and Rs 7 lakh in August 2016 as part of their CSR.


SOS Organics

SOS Organics is a manufacturer of organic products that are free from chemicals, artificial colours and preservatives. All SOS organics products are made from crops that are completely rain fed, chemical free and using natural farming and sustainable agricultural techniques. SOS Organics believe in a holistic approach and are committed to ethical business, natural farming and the preservation of the environment. Their products are sourced, produced and packed at a model mountain village unit in Uttarakhand.SOS Organics kindly donated 25 lakh to cover the costs of the Corbett Project from 23 December 2015 to 22 June 2016.


Globus Spirits

Globus Spirits was founded in 1992 and they are now one of the leading players in the Indian Alcoholic Beverages Industry. Their strong 360° business model has paved the way for their success and today, with an integrated production process in place, they cater to four important segments of the alcohol industry – Indian Made Indian Liquor (IMIL), Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL), IMFL Bottling and Bulk Alcohol. They are also developing innovative ways to preserve the environment.

Globus donated Rs50,000 per month to the Dehradun project from December 2015 until December 2016. Understanding the challenges NGO’s face when raising funds they agreed that their funds be utilized for any necessary expenditure that was difficult to fundraise for.


Asahi India Glass Ltd

AIS is India’s leading integrated glass solutions company and a dominant player in the car glass segment commanding over 74% of the Indian market. Established in 1986, AIS has grown from being a ‘single product, single customer’ company to a world-class integrated company with 13 plants/sub assembly units and global customers, offering a comprehensive range of products and solutions ranging from Clear & Tinted, to Reflective, Mirror, Frosted and Lacquered Glass to Glass Consultation, Installation and Service.

AIS donated 2.5 lakh as a general donation to the Waste Warriors Dehradun Project in August 2015 and 3 lakh in May 2017. The good work that we do is only possible, thanks to the generosity of companies such as AIS who support social causes such as ours as part of their CSR.

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd., (MHRIL) is a part of the Leisure and Hospitality sector of the Mahindra Group. Started in 1996, the company’s flagship brand ‘Club Mahindra Holidays’, today has a fast growing customer base of over 170,000 members and 40 beautiful resorts at some of the most exotic locations in India and abroad. Over the last decade, MHRIL has established itself as a market leader in the family holiday business.Club Mahindra donated 25 lakh to our Corbett Project as part of their CSR.

Everyone knows, Mahindra is a hugely successful company but did you know that they genuinely care about the environment and social causes? They support a huge number of NGO’s and have independently supported the education of 29,100 underprivileged girl children. Their “Mahindra Hariyali” initiative has added 5 million trees to India’s green cover.

We are delighted to announce that Mahindra & Mahindra have donated two brand new Mahindra Bolero's to Waste Warriors, one for Dehradun and one for Corbett. Having no vehicles has often held us back but now with support from Mahindra, the sky’s the limit!




Microsoft is one of the most valuable companies in the entire world, purchasing Nokia in 2013.  Microsoft are the sponsors and creators of the "Create to Inspire" School Programme that we have been conducting with schools in Dehradun. The aim is to build the capacity of teachers and provide them with a framework to engage with students on the themes of Energy, E-waste, Transportation, Water and Bio-diversity. They funded 3 full time educationists to conduct the program with 78 schools taking part.


Confederation of Indian Industry (CII)

CII colour

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) works to create and sustain an environment conducive to the growth of industry in India, partnering industry and government alike through advisory and consultative processes.

Members from CII kindly provided start up funding for our Gandhi Park Project. We were able to clean up the park, employ a full time Waste Worker, make composting enclosures, conduct weekly awareness raising sessions and monthly Children's Days.


Clover Organic

Clover was formed with a vision of ‘Promising Ecological and Innovative solutions for global transformation few years ago. They are working on sustainable agriculture on one hand and waste mitigation on the other hand that includes solid waste and wastewater. They have come up with a number of solutions, which do not need energy or harmful chemicals. All solutions follow the principles of ‘Bio-mimicry’, which ensure financial and ecological sustainability at all times.

They are working closely with many State Governments on sustainable agriculture. They are helping organisations like P&G, Sab Miller, Camlin, Max Hospitals etc to effectively treat their wastewater and recycle within their complex at the least possible cost and time.


Tesna Tech, Solan

This company has supported us for a number of years. We need a lot of garbage bags to be able to run our projects and that’s exactly what Tesna Tech has given us. They distribute polypropylene bags, packaging bags, gusseted bags, packaging bags, cattle feed bags, fabric bags, packaging bags and cement bags. If you need a bag they’ve got it covered!

Tesna Tech who are based in Solan, Himachal Pradesh have kindly been supplying us with bags that are perfect for collecting and storing garbage in and we’re extremely grateful for their ongoing assistance. Big thanks goes to Managing Director Navesh Nirula. Thanks to his generosity and support our  bags have been specifically printed just for us and we're delighted with the results!
